一、 培养目标
本专业以广东省社会经济发展需要为导向,面向广东省各类工商企业、事业单位和政府部门等组织,培养全面发展,综合素质强,懂经济、擅管理、善用现代信息技术手段,具有管理专业知识、实操能力和分析研究才能的高素质应用型专门人才。

二、 毕业要求
经过四年的系统学习,本专业学生在毕业时应达成以下毕业要求:
1.管理知识:能够将数学、自然科学、管理基础和专业知识用于解决工商管理复杂问题。
2.问题分析:能够应用数学、自然科学和工程科学的基本原理,识别、表达、并通过文献研究分析工商管理复杂工程问题,以获得有效结论。
3.设计凯发网官网的解决方案:能够设计针对工商管理复杂工程问题的凯发网官网的解决方案,设计满足特定需求的系统或工艺流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。
4.研究:能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法对工商管理复杂问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据、并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。
5.使用现代工具:能够针对工商管理复杂问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工具和信息技术工具,包括对工商管理复杂工程问题的预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。
6.职业规范:具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在工程实践中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。
7.个人和团队:能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。

ⅱ. graduation requirements
after four years of systematic study, the students should complete the following graduation requirements.
1. management knowledge: have the ability to use mathematics, natural sciences, engineering fundamentals and expertise to address complex engineering issues in business administration.
2. problem analysis: students can apply the basic principles of mathematics, natural sciences and engineering sciences to identify and express, and analyze the complex issues of industrial and commercial management through literature research to obtain effective conclusions.
3. design/development solutions: students can design solutions for complex engineering problems in business administration, design systems, units (components) or processes that meet specific needs, and be able to embody innovation awareness in the design process, taking into account social, health, safety, legal, cultural and environmental factors.
4. research: students can study complex engineering problems in business administration based on scientific principles and scientific methods, including design experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and get reasonable and effective conclusions through information synthesis.
5. use modern tools: students are able to develop, select and use appropriate technologies, resources, modern engineering tools and information technology tools for complex engineering problems in business administration, including forecasting and simulating complex engineering problems in business administration and understanding their limitations.

三、专业培养特色
本专业为国家级特色专业建设点。本专业结合本校的工科背景,以广东省相对发达的经济社会环境和优先发展先进制造业和现代服务业的战略为依托,以本地区对中高端管理人才的需求为导向,围绕“本土化、高素质、复合应用型创新管理人才”的培养目标,凸显适应先进制造业和现代服务业管理环境的培养特色。
1.人才培养紧扣广东省社会经济发展实际需要。
教学内容及课程案例,教学模式根据广东经济发展需要,加强优势学科建设及特色品牌教材建设,鼓励教师加大对广东经济前沿问题研究,加强对本地企业实际问题的探讨,建立企业、学校、毕业生为主体的人才培养质量评价体系和人才适应能力动态跟踪体系,以适应广东省制造业发展对人才的需要。
2.专业理论知识和实践应用能力培养并重的师资队伍结构。
建立企业导师,组建专兼结合的、理论水平高、企业经验丰富的教师队伍,建立兼职教师参与专业课讲授、毕业论文指导的整个教学活动的互动机制,探索专兼结合的教学团队建设机制;建立青年教师挂职锻炼制度,完善选派、考评青年教师到企业挂职锻炼机制,提高教师实践知识的授课能力;建立专业教师出国交流制度,提高双语授课能力。
3.以实验教学平台、第二课堂活动、产学研合作基地为平台的实践教学体系。
与企业进行紧密合作,建立产-学-研基地,加大软硬件资源投入力度,构建实践教学体系、建立校内外实践教学基地及有效运行的机制,同时依托我校工科背景,结合广东企业管理发展需要,科学合理设置实践教学内容,从工程训练、课程实验、课程设计、认识实习、专业实习到毕业实习和毕业论文等实践环节的系统设置,逐步培养学生的工程意识、管理意识和创新精神,不断培养学生对企业管理的感性认识和管理思维能力。
4.注重以实践操作能力课程培养与提升管理技能。
基于我校为工科背景下的工商管理专业,注重工程训练、创新创业实践项目的培育、专业课程设计(技术经济学、质量管理、生产运作管理等专业课程都开始课程设计环节)等实践教学的开设,培育和提升学生的专业实践操作能力和管理技能。
ⅲ. features of major
the major is state-level featured major. the major depends on gdut’s engineering background, and based on the developed economic and social environment in guangdong province and gives priority to the development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry strategy. it is oriented on the needs of high-level management talents, surrounding the "localization, high-quality, application-oriented innovation management personnel" training objectives, and highlights the characteristics of training for the advanced manufacturing and modern service management environments.
1. talent training -revolving around the needs of social economic development of guangdong province
according to the economic development of guangdong province, the curriculum context, course cases, and teaching mode are designed to strengthen construction of the major superiority and featured brand. all faculties are encouraged to devote the frontier studies and the practical investigation in local corporations of guangdong province, build evaluation system of talent training quality and dynamic control system of adaptive capacity among corporations, school and graduates, to satisfy the demand of manufacturing industry development in guangdong province.
2. the faculty structure with both of professional theoretical knowledge and practical application ability
first, to build a strong contingent of part-time teachers to participate in professional course teaching, graduation thesis instruction in the entire teaching activity interaction mechanism and explore the special combination of the teaching team construction mechanism, college will establish enterprise mentors, which consist of high theoretical level and the enterprise experienced and special combination teachers. second, to improve teachers' practical knowledge teaching ability, college establishes young teachers training system for sending and perfect cast, evaluation of young teachers to business exercise attachment mechanism. the third, establishing professional teachers exchange system.
3. establishing practical teaching system including experimental teaching platform, extracurricular learning activities and cooperative - mode of education, research and production
through close cooperation with enterprises, college establishes the cooperative base of education, research, and production, increase investment of hardware and software facilities, construct good practical teaching system, setup practical teaching bases and efficient operation mechanism. relying on the dominant position of engineering of guangdong university of technology, combining the needs of business administration of guangdong province, scientifically design the practical teaching content from engineering training, course experiment, curriculum project, cognition practice,specialized practice、graduation practice and graduation design (thesis), foster engineering and management consciousness , innovative spirit and ability to management thought into graduates step-by-step.
4. management courses and skill training with an emphasis practical operating abilities
depending on gdut’s engineering background, business administration courses are focus on practice, including engineering training, innovation and entrepreneurship practice project, curriculum practice (eg. technological economics, quality management, operation management), etc. the purpose is to cultivate and improve students’ professional practical operating abilities and management skills.

3毕业要求达成度评价
本专业毕业要求达成度评价的机制,包括评价方法、数据来源、评价机构、评价周期、结果反馈等,并任选1-2项毕业要求项举例说明评价实施情况。
3.1毕业要求达成度评价机制
本专业根据课程体系对毕业要求的支撑,综合考虑理论课程、实验实训、毕业设计等实践课程对各项毕业要求及其指标点达成的关联程度,同时将每项毕业要求(或指标点)归一化,制定以下权重系数设定规则:
1)理论课程的权重系数:学分数*1;
2)实验课程的权重系数:学分数*1.5;
3)课程设计及实训课的权重系数:学分*1.5;
4)毕业设计的权重系数:学分*2。根据以上规则,我们制定了各门课程支撑各项毕业要求实现的权重系数表,具体参见矩阵表4。
