夏军教授简介：
夏军教授，2006年在德克萨斯理工大学获得管理学博士学位，目前任职德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校naveen jindal商学院。主要关注组织理论（资源依赖、权力和制度过程）、公司战略（并购、合资、联盟和剥离）、社会网络（嵌入性的结果）、国际商务（国外市场拓展、国有产权和转轨/新兴国家的制度变迁）等研究领域。他的文章发表于academy of management journal、strategic management journal、organization science等多个管理学顶级期刊，仅在strategic management journal上就发表了10余篇论文，是近年来在该期刊发表文章最多的华人学者之一。
