一、培养方案修订的指导思想
本次人才培养方案的修订深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神、习近平总书记关于教育工作重要论述,根据《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》(教高〔2018〕2号)、《教育部关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》(教高〔2019〕6号)、《广东工业大学本科专业建设管理办法》(广工大规字〔2020〕21号附件1)、《广东工业大学本科课程建设管理办法》(广工大规字〔2020〕21号附件2)等文件要求,以本科专业类教学质量国家标准和专业认证标准为依据,以促进学生全面发展和适应社会发展需求为根本,以培养“有家国情怀、有国际视野、有坚实基础、有创新能力的高素质创新性复合型人才”为目标,全面审视各专业课程设置对培养目标和毕业要求的支撑度、专业培养方案与经济社会发展和学生发展需求的契合度,深入推进人才培养模式创新,优化课程设置,改革教学内容,突出专业特色,构建起“以学生发展为中心”的多元化、个性化的高水平创新性应用型人才培养体系,实现培养理念、培养定位、培养规格、培养模式、培养成效的有机统一。
i. guiding ideology of training program revision
the opinions of the ministry of education on deepening the reform of undergraduate education and teaching and comprehensively improving the quality of talent training, the management measures for the construction of undergraduate majors of guangdong university of technology, the management measures for the construction of undergraduate courses of guangdong university of technology, and other document requirements. based on the national standards for undergraduate professional teaching quality and professional certification standards, based on promoting the all-round development of students and meeting the needs of social development, and aiming at cultivating high-quality innovative compound talents with family and country feelings, international vision, solid foundation and innovative ability, comprehensively examine the support of each professional curriculum to the training objectives and graduation requirements. the conformity of the professional training plan with the economic and social development and the development needs of students, further promote the innovation of talent training mode, optimize the curriculum, reform the teaching content, highlight the professional characteristics, build a diversified and personalized high-level innovative application-oriented talent training system with "student development as the center", and realize the training concept, training orientation, training specification. the organic unity of training mode and training effect.
二、培养方案修订的依据
本专业在2020版专业培养方案的基础上,主要依据以下几个方面修订并形成2022版专业培养方案。

based on the professional training plan of 2020 edition, the professional training plan of 2022 edition is revised and formed mainly according to the following aspects.

三、主要修订内容
根据本次培养方案修订要求,在2020版专业培养方案的基础上修订并形成2022版专业培养方案,主要修订内容如下:
1. 进一步凝练培养目标及培养特色
本次培养方案的修定,严格按照土地资源管理本科专业教学质量国家标准的要求进行,具体包括:(1)专业培养目标和标准紧扣学校人才培养总目标。(2)专业培养目标对应到专业毕业生在毕业后5年左右能够达到的职业和专业成就的内涵要求上;专业的毕业要求(培养标准)对学生毕业时应该掌握的知识和能力有具体描述,包括学生通过本专业学习所掌握的知识、技能和素养。(3)专业的制定、修订,综合考虑国家社会教育发展的需要、广东省产业发展的需要、学校人才培养定位、学生发展期望等。
2. 优化课程体系
本专业在确定课程体系时,明确课程体系与毕业要求的支撑关系,以及对专业培养目标达成的支持情况,在考虑专业知识结构、学分要求等前提下,还通过目标能力矩阵分析,将专业培养目标和培养标准与课程体系对应。
课程体系按基础课程模块和专业课程模块构成,基础模块101.5学分(包含自然科学基础、人文社科基础、实践环节课程等),专业模块60学分(含专业基础课和专业课程)(如表1);基本模块课程为该专业的基础知识,专业模块培养学生的专业理论与技能。课程分必修和选修两大类。对于实验、实习、实训、设计等实践性环节,本专业要求不低于34学分(不低于20%)。
具体优化课程如下:
(1)为适应社会发展的形势,将《大学计算机基础》调整为《人工智能概论:人文与科学》;
(2)去掉与专业相关性不大的课程——《管理心理学》;
(3)根据行业发展的趋势,调整部分课程:将《经济法》调整为《土地法学》,《土地规划学》调整为《国土空间规划学》,《土地整理与开发》调整为《土地整治学》,《地籍管理》调整为《不动产产权产籍管理》,《房地产基本制度与政策》调整为《房地产制度法规政策》;
(4)为进一步加强学生的专业动手能力,《土地信息系统》和《遥感技术与应用》的学时由32调整为48,一半为理论授课,一半为上机练习。另一方面,增设《spss软件应用实验》课程,16学时;
(5)增设《国家安全教育》课程,共1学分。《思想道德修养与法律基础》调整为《思想道德与法治》,《马克思主义基本原理概论》调整为《马克思主义基本原理》;
(6)《大学生心理健康教育》由1.5学分调整为2学分,《线性代数》由2学分调整为2.5学分。
3. 专业课程融入思政元素
党的十八大以来,习总书记非常重视高校的思想政治教育工作,提出立德树人是教育的根本任务。2019年8月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于深化新时代学校思想政治理论课改革创新的若干意见》,提出要整体推进高校课程思政,深度挖掘高校各学科门类专业课程蕴含的思想政治教育资源,解决好各类课程与思政课相互配合的问题,发挥所有课程的育人功能,构建全面覆盖、类型丰富、层次递进、相互支撑的课程体系,使各类课程与思政课同向同行,形成协同效应。
本专业以“课程思政”为载体,探索“知识传授与价值引领相结合”的有效路径。把价值观培育和塑造,通过“基因式”融入所有课程,将思政教育贯穿于学校教育教学全过程,将教书育人的内涵落实在课堂教学主渠道,让所有课程都上出“思政味道”、都突出育人价值,让立德树人“润物无声”。
iii. main revisions

1. further condense training objectives and training characteristics
the revision of this training plan is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the national standards for the teaching quality of undergraduate majors in land resource management, including: (1) the professional training objectives and standards are closely related to the school's overall goal of talent training. (2) the professional training objectives correspond to the connotation requirements of professional and professional achievements that professional graduates can achieve in about 5 years after graduation; the professional graduation requirements (training standards) have a specific description of the knowledge and abilities that students should master when they graduate , including the knowledge, skills and literacy acquired by students through the study of this major. (3) the formulation and revision of majors shall comprehensively consider the needs of national social and educational development, the needs of industrial development in guangdong province, the orientation of school personnel training, and student development expectations.
2. optimize the curriculum system
when determining the curriculum system, this major should clarify the supporting relationship between the curriculum system and graduation requirements, as well as the support for the achievement of professional training goals. under the premise of considering the professional knowledge structure, credit requirements, etc., it also analyzes the target ability matrix to organize professional training. the goals and training standards correspond to the curriculum system.
the curriculum system is composed of basic course modules and professional course modules. the basic module is 101.5 credits (including basic natural science, humanities and social sciences, and practical courses, etc.), and the professional module is 60 credits (including professional basic courses and professional courses) (see table 1) the basic module course is the basic knowledge of the major, and the professional module cultivates students' professional theory and skills. courses are divided into two categories: compulsory and elective. for practical links such as experiments, internships, practical training, and design, this major requires no less than 34 credits (no less than 20%).
the specific optimization courses are as follows:
(1) in order to adapt to the situation of social development, "university computer fundamentals" is adjusted to "introduction to artificial intelligence: humanities and sciences";
(2) remove courses that are not very relevant to the profession - "management psychology";
(3) adjust some courses according to the development trend of the industry: adjust "economic law" to "land law", "land planning" to "land space planning", "land consolidation and development" to "land consolidation" "learning", "cadastral management" was adjusted to "management of real estate property rights", and "basic real estate system and policies" was adjusted to "real estate system regulations and policies";
(4) in order to further strengthen the students' professional practical ability, the class hours of "land information system" and "remote sensing technology and application" have been adjusted from 32 to 48, half of which are theoretical lectures and half of which are computer exercises. on the other hand, an additional course of "spss software application experiment", 16 hours;
(5) add the "national security education" course, a total of 1 credit. "ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis" was adjusted to "ideological and moral and the rule of law", and "introduction to the basic principles of marxism" was adjusted to "the basic principles of marxism";
(6) "mental health education for college students" is adjusted from 1.5 credits to 2 credits, and "linear algebra" is adjusted from 2 credits to 2.5 credits.
3. professional courses incorporate ideological and political elements
since the 18th national congress of the communist party of china, general secretary xi has attached great importance to the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities, and proposed that the fundamental task of education is to cultivate morality and cultivate people. in august 2019, the general office of the central committee of the communist party of china and the general office of the state council issued "several opinions on deepening the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in schools in the new era", proposing to promote the ideological and political courses of colleges and universities as a whole, and to deeply explore the characteristics contained in the professional courses of various disciplines in colleges and universities. ideological and political education resources, solve the problem of mutual cooperation between various courses and ideological and political courses, give full play to the educational function of all courses, and build a comprehensive coverage, rich type, progressive, and mutually supportive curriculum system, so that various courses and ideological and political courses can be integrated with each other. political courses go in the same direction to form a synergistic effect.
this major uses "course ideology and politics" as the carrier to explore an effective path of "combining knowledge teaching and value guidance". cultivate and shape values, integrate them into all courses through the "genetic style", integrate ideological and political education into the whole process of school education and teaching, and implement the connotation of teaching and educating people in the main channel of classroom teaching, so that all courses have a "ideological and political flavor" ", all highlight the value of educating people, so that lide shuren "moistens things silently".
四、特色设置
土地资源管理专业培养方案充分考虑知识要求、专业能力、人文和科学素质、诚信意识和专业操守、沟通能力、持续学习能力等方面的毕业要求,课程设置时特别考虑跨学科、跨专业的知识融会贯通,培养学生多学科交融的知识视野和思维素质,要求学生通过初步的学术训练,具有一定创新意识和创新能力。
土地资源管理专业学生的知识要求包括人文社科及自然科学基础知识、学科基础知识、专业知识三个方面。
(1)人文社科及自然科学基础知识。学生需要具备历史学、政治学、伦理学、哲学和艺术等方面的人文知识,掌握并运用高等数学、统计学、外语和计算机等方面的知识技能,以及必要的工程技术和信息技术知识。
(2)学科基础知识。作为管理类学科下属的专业,土地资源管理专业培养的学生首先要掌握管理学和经济学原理等学科知识,建立一个良好的、基础扎实的知识背景。
(3)专业知识。在具备学科基础知识后,学生还需要系统掌握包括基本理论、方法和技能在内的土地资源管理专门知识,了解本学科的理论前沿和发展动态。

本专业培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要,以测绘信息科学、经济管理学方面的交叉基础知识为依托,学习测量、制图、地理信息系统、遥感技术等基本技能,并掌握房地产开发与经营基本原理与方法,从而培养德智体全面发展,并获得基本的工程、管理训练,能在国土、房管相关部门从事管理和技术工作的复合应用型高级专门人才。
i. educational objectives
this major trains to meet the needs of socialist modernization. based on the cross-basic knowledge of surveying and mapping information science and economic management, it will learn basic skills such as surveying, cartography, geographic information system, remote sensing technology, etc., and master the basic principles of real estate development and management. in order to cultivate the comprehensive development of morality, intelligence and physique, and obtain basic engineering and management training, compound application-oriented senior professionals who can engage in management and technical work in relevant departments of land and housing management.
本专业学生在培养过程中,强调对学生进行基本理论、基础知识、基本能力(技能)以及健全人格、综合素质和创新精神的培养;致力于为学生全面参与教学改革,科学研究及社会服务等活动创造条件,提倡学生在参与过程中发现并培养自己的兴趣能力,最大限度地发展学生的智力和潜能,鼓励学生勇于面对挑战,不断探索,努力进取,追求卓越;并提供一定的条件,促使学生养成独立工作和团队合作的能力,促使学生养成终身学习和自主学习的习惯。
经过四年的系统学习,本专业学生在毕业时应达成以下毕业要求:
1.知识要求:能够将学科基础知识、专业知识和其他相关知识应用于土地管理、房地产开发与经营等实际的管理活动。毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识:(1)哲学知识:马克思主义基本原理、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想等;(2)信息技术与测量知识:地理信息系统、数字测量、遥感知识;(3)数学和英语知识;(4)管理学、经济学、会计学等经济管理知识;(5)土地资源管理知识:土地利用规划、土地估价、土地登记、土地法规、土地整理实务等;(6)房地产开发与经营相关知识:包括房地产投资、开发、经营、策划、估价、工程计价、物业与资产管理、房地产制度法规政策等知识;(7)现代信息检索和文献检索的基本知识。
2.专业能力:毕业生应获得以下几方面的能力:(1)信息技术与工具软件运用能力,基本的数字测量和计算机绘图能力;(2)数学分析和英语的听、说、读、写能力;(3)市场调查及数据分析、方案优化的基本能力;(4)在国土部门从事土地登记、利用、规划、土地估价、土地整理与开发等工作的能力;(5)在房地产部门从事投资策划、工程计价、估价、项目管理、房地产经纪、市场营销、物业与资产管理的基本能力;(6)快速检索专业文献、外文资料的能力。。
3.综合能力:能够具有人际交往能力、沟通与信息获取能力,以及自主学习、终身学习和持续创新的能力,培养良好的人际关系和团队精神,不断增强自身的能力,并培养领导才能。
4.人文和科学素质:能够具有良好的道德修养和社会责任感、积极向上的人生理想、符合社会进步要求的价值观念和爱国主义的崇高情感,注重人文精神、法制观念、公民意识和科学态度。
5.专业素质:能够具有创新意识分析和解决相关问题的基本能力,坚持职业操守和道德规范,具有事业心、责任感和严谨的工作态度,以及遵纪守法、诚实守信和勇于奉献的精神。具备测量和计算机绘图的基本素质;计算机和相关管理软件及土地信息系统、遥感图像处理系统的应用的素质;土地和房地产项目投资、规划设计、估价、经营管理的理论与实务运作的基本素质。
6.身心素质:能够正确认识自然现象和自然规律,正确处理人与自然和谐发展关系和社会人际的关系。
7.职业规范:具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在工程实践中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。
8.个人和团队:能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。
9.沟通:能够就土地管理、房地产管理等领域复杂问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。并具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。
10.项目管理:理解并掌握项目管理与经济决策方法,并能在多学科环境中应用。
11.终身学习:具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力。
ii. graduation requirements

after four years of systematic study, students of this major should meet the following graduation requirements upon graduation:
1. knowledge requirements: be able to apply basic subject knowledge, professional knowledge and other relevant knowledge to practical management activities such as land management, real estate development and operation. graduates should acquire knowledge in the following areas: (1) philosophical knowledge: basic principles of marxism, mao zedong thought, deng xiaoping theory and the important thought of "three represents", etc.; (2) information technology and measurement knowledge: geographic information systems, digital surveying and remote sensing knowledge; (3) mathematics and english knowledge; (4) management, economics, accounting and other economic management knowledge; (5) land resource management knowledge: land use planning, land valuation, land registration, land regulations, land consolidation practice, etc.; (6) knowledge related to real estate development and management: including knowledge of real estate investment, development, management, planning, valuation, engineering valuation, property and asset management, real estate system laws and policies, etc.; (7) modern information retrieval and literature basic knowledge of retrieval.
2. professional ability: graduates should acquire the following abilities: (1) the ability to use information technology and tool software, basic digital measurement and computer drawing ability; (2) mathematical analysis and english listening, speaking, reading and writing ability; (3) the basic ability of market research, data analysis, and program optimization; (4) the ability to engage in land registration, utilization, planning, land valuation, land consolidation and development in the land and resources department; (5) the ability to work in the real estate department basic abilities in investment planning, engineering valuation, valuation, project management, real estate brokerage, marketing, property and asset management; (6) the ability to quickly retrieve professional literature and foreign language materials. .
